Terms and conditions
Fylde Bin Wash offers a 4-weekly bin cleaning service.
We do a minimum term of 3 months and do not offer one off cleans.
Any bins containing loose pet faeces will not be cleaned as there is a risk of spreading illness and infection.
We do not remove waste from wheelie bins.
If your bin is unavailable for cleaning we will let you know.
No refunds are given if we can continue to provide a service. If you decide to cancel, one months notice is required and a refund will be given at our discretion.
If your bin is not going to be out for cleaning please let us know in advance or a charge may still be taken.
If a clean is missed by us for any reason, no credit will be taken. If you pay by standing order, you will get an extra clean on the next visit.
